Kenyan politician lands in helicopter to launch wooden bridge
Kenyans on social media were recently shocked and left speechless after prominent politician and billionaire businessman Ephriam Maina landed in a chopper to launch a project he had initiated.
The project? A wooden bridge.
The incident took place at Kabaru Ward, Nyeri County.
The former Mathira MP and owner of the multi-billion Kirinyaga Construction Company Ltd, was bashed for his mediocre project that left many annoyed and clearly showed the greed politicians have.
Maina even demonstrated how strong the bridge was by having several vehicles including a lorry pass over it as a crowd cheered him, some even with vuvuzelas!
