Plot By Jubilee To Assassinate Raila Odinga Revealed
Nominated Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) MP Obura Odinga, has claimed their is a ploy to assassinate his brother Raila Odinga by the Jubilee Mafia being led by President Uhuru & DP William Ruto.
Oburu said President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto had panicked after the National Super Alliance (NASA) gained a huge support across Kenya, thus were now planning to eliminate Raila from the political scene.
Oburu gave the example of the gun incident in Turkana on Friday, February 17, as one of the ploys used by the government to assassinate Raila.
The opposition leader escaped death after youth shot at the podium during a political rally in Turkana.
Oburu wondered why Raila was not given enough security even though he was a high profile individual.
The nominated MP demanded for proper investigations on the matter and arrest of those responsible for the Friday attack.
"The government has on several occasions tried to assassinate Raila and after we thwart their ploy by going public, they subject us to constant grilling and questioning by police,” Oburu is quoted by the Star.
